Estée Lauder Double Wear and Estée Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover (this ones the fullest full coverage). Both are long wearing and don't break down from skin's oils (:

I have extremely oily skin. personally I find having a great primer and setting spray helps more with controlling oil, than foundation by itself. but when I NEED my foundation to last me all day I have an entire regiment that I do that never fails me. I use Ulta's matifying balm for primer. Mix revlons 24hr foundation with shiseidos water proof sun protection foundation. set it with any kind of powder. and then finish it off with urban decays all nighter setting spray. this foundation regiment is extremely long wearing and my foundation does not budge for me. and I live in the extreme Vegas desert heat. hope this helps you!

I have oily, I use pur minerals. They have a primer I use, the 4-1 powder, and nyx setting spray. I can wear it all day for up to 12hrs and no breakouts.

I agree with the EL maximum cover - I also like the KVD foundation and dermablend but they are creamy formulas so you have to use a very small amount (like no more than a pea size for the whole face) and blend it out properly if you don't want it to feel heavy.

The Cover FX Custom Cover drops mixed with a dime size or pea sized amount of primer.
The custom cover drops by themselves can really emphasize dryness and flakiness plus looks super matte/dry so you really should mix it with something.
It's very long lasting, comes in a lot of shades and even holds up when I perspire and trust me I'm VERY oily and I perspire quite a lot on my upperlip, nose and forehead. Most foundations end up melting off
