So, my whole life I've had incredibly dry skin. So much so, that I got eczema and the only lotion I can use to actually stay moisturized is heavy body cream. Whenever I washed my face, my skin would feel super tight because it was so dry. But one morning I woke up to my skin being almost oily. Not slick-oily, but still oily. It's been like that since, so about a week.
What happened to my skin? I almost don't know how to take care of it or put makeup on because it behaves differently.

Did you change your skincare routine in any way? Have you used any new makeup or skincare?

No. I haven't changed anything at all. The only new products I've gotten in the past month have nothing to do with skincare... Shampoo/conditioner, a new palette, and a makeup brush lol

You look like you are in your early teens so its proberbly hormones - Skin can change in the teen years. And getting more oily is very common.

I know that hormones can do that... But I'm not longer "early" teens. I'm 18, and every other part of my body has stopped changing. Maybe my skin is the last leg, but I don't know.
I think I should also add that it's only my face that has gotten more oily... My legs and arms are still just as dry as they've always been

Girls don't stop changing/growing etc.until they are 21 so it definitely could be to do with your age.
