I love this look, I have a coworker that does this, just not as dramatic. What would you call this enhanced bottom eyeline with a strong highlight; wondering if this has a name.

I don't think there is a name for it. It just looks like an extreme variation of a very common highlighting technique. Although, I'M SURE, someone will come out with a new trendy name for this old, very common albeit very beautiful and tried & true technique. Btw, I love the brightening effect on the center of the face on this model. I can still see her skin and because the brightening doesn't go ALL the way to the lashline (there is some gradience) it looks like a natural brightened look instead of a fake chalky masked look. I'd love to give this face look a new name.
