Make sure you're moisturizing and using serums/oils. But if it doesn't get better soon, go see a dermatologist and get professional help.

You may need a more comprehensive skincare routine if you are both naturally dry *and* acne prone. I recommend looking into a good moisturizer (CeraVE PM comes to mind as a safe standard option all over the face) and some raw, unfiltered honey to mix and apply each night. If your acne is a result of your dryness I think that will help immensely unless you are one of the rare people who cannot use niacinimide in their cosmetics.

Once you solve your dryness, you can look into something further.
