Can someone recommend something? (Preferably high end) that works? I know there's the whole "get sleep and stay hydrated" but I feel like I already do that pretty well and my circles are still there. Suggestions?

If the darkness is hereditary/genetic then there's not much you can do. Besides sleeping and staying hydrated try an eye cream with vitamin C. I like the Tarte Maracuja C Brightener Eye Treatment (:
