I used to take prenatal pills to help grow my hair, I Was wondering if anyone has taken anything else to help grow there hair.

I highly suggest seeing a doctor for a blood panel to see if you have any deficiencies before taking any vitamins, supplements, or any other pills.

A friend of mine used a brand called Hair Burst, it left her hair longer and in much better condition. Another pick would be Sugar Bear Hair vitamins, a lot of people with high social media followings use them and advertise them.

Alexis for president! 😂 but seriously she is right. Taking vitamins without really knowing if you need them might just end up making your urine a precious liquid. Many of the pills for hair growth contain biotin and other goodies, but some people get serious acne problems from that. My advice, go to the doctor and in the meantime check whether you might improve your diet at some extent. Eat enough protein rich food, drink lots of water and get your vitamins from fruit and veggies.
