Navy blue liner is "whitening"

I don't know of any tricks but don't use those eye drops because they are harmful on the long run. My ophthalmologist was very specific in avoiding them because what they do is to constrain the veins in the eyes.
Also, if it seems yellowish it can be related to some issue with your kidney. I suggest going to your ophthalmologist :)

Lara's suggestions on the drops. A navy blue eyeliner on your top lash line makes the white appear white. Blue colors or colors with a blueish undertone whiten. What eye color do you have? Depending on your eye color certain colors make them look brighter and that makes the white look whiter.

You can buy an eye enhancing liner and if you tight line with it your eye appears more white.

Kim is right. Navy blue eyeliner and shadows will do the same that bluish reds do for teeth when used as lipstick.

Not sure what drops you are using Yaz, but I use Collyre Bleu drops. You want to brighten your eye, these drops will do it. I carry these drops in my kit, and they are wonderful.

I was watching a video by Lisa Eldridge about Marilyn Monroe's makeup, and she said that Marilyn's makeup artist would use a red lip liner and put a dot it the inner corners because he believed it brightened her eyes. kinda far out but that always stood out to me about that video, haha.

I find my eyes look brighter (and bigger) when I don't take dark liner all the way in the inner corners. Like you mention using a white liner will brighten. I also like loreal silkissimee liner in highlighter to tight line with. It's a pearlescent pinky-gold and I find it brings out the flecks in my irises.
