Hiya! I've been looking for a good concealer for myself, and I don't know which one to get. I like the new KVD Creme Concealer, but I'm pretty sure it's not oil-free. I'm not exactly sure what coverage I would prefer, because the foundation I have right now is sheer-medium coverage and the foundation I'm going to buy when I run out is the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Foundation which is full coverage. I would want to use it to hide my acne and dark circles (I have color corrector and most concealers have looked fine with it). I would love to hear your recommendations.

P.S. I have oily, acne-prone skin.

If you have oily skin, you don't necessarily have to buy oil-free makeup.

In fact, most oil-free (water based) products I've used ended up making me look way more oily, personally.
Although, the oil-free (silicone based) products wore better.

If you're trying to cover acne I personally really like the Kryolan Dermacolor or the MAC studio finish concealer.

The Dermacolor, you can buy in this refill pan on the Kryolan website for $5 and you get a good amount. The product is more on the dry side compared to the Mac one so it may be better if your acne is in the t-zone and such.

The MAC studio finish concealer is nice, some people find it hard to blend/too waxy but I apply it with my fingers to warm up the product and find it quite easy to work with, it's definitely a tiny bit creamy compared to the Dermacolor

Well, the only reason I would prefer an oil-free concealer is because I have very acne prone skin, so I wouldn't want it to clog my pores.

I've heard acne-prone skin can be sensitive to certain oils(depends on the person, though I know coconut oil should be avoided) but I've read more people have an issue with silicone based products(which are considered oil-free) than most oil so I'd suggest getting samples and see what your skin can and can't tolerate cause everyone's skin is different when it comes to acne-prone and different triggers.

Love the naked urban decay I have super oily skin and it actually does wonders but I do have to set it.
