There is a brand called Ruby Kisses and I found it at Walmart, but I'm not sure where else you could find it. Anyways, they're like 5 bucks and awesome! Some are streaky but that happens, most are pretty great. Also from Walmart is tattoo Junkie it's a whole lip kit glitter thing but the liquid lip in it is fantastic.

Oh yeah Madeline the Hard Candy ones are great as well but they smell pretty sweet so if that bothers you I would suggest passing on those, if you're sensitive to smells.

MUA luxe velvet lip matte lip lacquers are the BOMB. They are so pigmented and last all day (I've fallen asleep wearing them after a night out before and it was still on in the morning!). For affordable I like nyx (nine of their liquid lipsticks are transfer proof or long lasting, and the soft mattes are more like a mushed up regular lipstick), colourpop (I've only tried the ultra mattes but I really like them. they are drying but not more so than most other brands that are much more exoensive. they are about what I would expect for a matte liquid formula that dries completely and doesn't transfer), l.a. girl (I am not a fan of the long wands these have but that's really my only complaint. that and the shade stunner stays slightly tacky, by the other 9 I have don't.) and there are eBay brands like menow and qibest that are actually pretty good for their price (menow is tacky but bearable for me and qibest fades quickly but it doesn't smudge or flake when it does so)

Milani is a really good brand for liquid lipsticks. I think what's great is that they have a good selection of colors and I really like the control of the lipsticks.
