I have very dull highlights in my hair, and I want to enhance them. Theyre a very light brown, but you can only see them at a certain angle. I have wavy hair.:)

Curled or wavy hair. :)
You said that you can only see them at a certain angle, and with your hair curled it's already in several angles

I would suggest getting out in the sun for about 30 minutes everyday. I have natural highlights around my face that turn platinum after I'm in the sun for a few days

A purple shampoo could help bring them out and make them slightly lighter or just use a oil like Moroccan oil to bring out shine and add dimension. :) and I may have spelled Moroccan oil wrong.
