Using bronzer as eyeshadow. using some translucent powder on eyelashes to have more defined lashes when you go over with mascara will add length.

This seems kind of obvious, but sometimes people can get really caught up on the label on the brush-- I'm guilty of this as well! But an eyeshadow brush could be great for highlighting your cheekbones or a contour brush could be great for under eye concealer. My favorite brushes aren't even used for their given purposes per say haha. Anyways, it is a very basic tip but I stand by it.
I agree with Alexandra with using bronzer as eyeshadow- I also like to reuse any eye profits for the face or vise versa. Highlighters, blushes, bronzers, and contour powders can be used as eyes shadows. Super shimmery eye shadows can be used as highlighters. I remember my first favorite contour powder was an eyeshadow haha.
My last "trick" is when you run out of eyeliner is to use mascara on a small brush in place of a liquid of gel.

It is very obvious but when doing winged liner or any eye makeup use some tape to make the edges sharper.
