So my face seems to constantly be red, regardless of whether I've got breakouts or not. I'm looking for any products or advice that'll help reduce the redness on my face. Usually my concealer which I put on top of my foundation will not cover the redness as much as I'd like to, will a corrector help and if so, any recommendations? Also the redness covers almost all areas on my face, my forehead and cheeks are the worst, especially if I get spots in those areas.

I would use a color corrector- the NYX ones are good.

If you have redness over your entire face, you should try a color correcting primer. A green one would neutralize any redness. If you are able to splurge, MUFE has color correcting primers that are good. If you want to save, I know NYX has a CC cream with a green tint that would work well. They even have it in two shades for light or dark skin. Best of luck 😊

Is your skin especially sensitive?

Well maybe you have rosacea. I have it. And I look like you describe. So you should really really go to a doctor! I have rosacea and this helps:
-do not rub your face!
- use foam for sensitive skin to remove your make up.
-use healing earth sometimes.
-do not use any oily cream!
- use sun protector even in the winter.. but use a fluid. I have the one by la roche posey. It's great!
- and do not squeeze the spots.

Sooo well thats all I remember now :)

Get a green corrector! I use the makeup forever one & it works great! It's also not that expensive :)

Yes if it is major and does not get better I would go to a dermatologist first :-) I just got diagnosed with dermatographism the other day.
