I think deep purple eyeshadows would be good for tanned skin tone. My sister has tan skin and purple looks really good on her! Also, for cheeks, I would say do brighter pinks, because then it will show better with your complexion. Other than that I'm not too sure, as I am very pale and my sister rarely wears makeup. But I think bright cheeks and purple eyes are great!
