I see makeup tutorials and they always use this highlight or concealer under the brow. Anybody know what to buy?

Personally I don't think you need a specific product. You could use a light concealer (eg: one you use under your eyes) or your normal highlight or even an eye shadow

I love using the Milani shadow eyez almond cream shadow. it is a cream eyeshadow but I put a line under each brow then blend it under the brow and it works amazing!

I actually use Macs creme color base right under my brow bone in the shade luna it makes the whites of my eyes so bright and really balances out my looks, above the brow I just use a bit of Macs prolong wear concealer(:
