I want to invest in a quality straightener and was wondering if someone has any ideas :) my main concern is frizz and I love that 'asian straight' type of hair.

I have a Sedu Revolution (purchased on Folica.com) and it's treated me quite well. I don't use it anymore because regardless of the quality an ironing tool will damage your hair and I'm trying to grow it out, but it's definitely good in my opinion.

Thank you @Leuca S. I'll check it! and yes, no matter how good you treat it, heat will always end up damaging your hair :/

For thing hair a wide straightener would be best. I talked to a hair dresser and she said for thick hair you use the skinny one because it gets to the roots but since your hair is already straight at the roots getting a wide one would easily and fastly straighten it

Courtney j P. yes I was considering getting a wide one! my doubt was with the plates. I'm leaning towards either ceramic or ionic.
