Any tips to suggest for hair growth? I am having severe hair fall these days. I got dandruff too. So what could be tips that would help my hair grow?

For the hair fall, using little to no heat can help with that. For hair growth, you can try biotin and putting oil in your hair. Castor oil promotes hair growth. Also massaging your head is supposed to promote hair growth too since it gets the blood flowing. Hope this helps a little!!
