Your opinion on the MAC Studio Sculpt foundation?

Hey girls,
Have any of you tried MAC Studio Sculpt, the one with SPF 15? I tried it in stores today in the shade NC45 and was fairly satisfied but it felt tacky and that feeling wouldn't go. I tried it because I have dry skin.
I've look up review and it's 50-50 so I was wondering what was your experience with this product :)

Thanks! By the way, did you set the foundation when you used it? Because I never set any of my foundations and I think I should with this one. I have a little sample, I didn't want to commit to it quiet yet aha.

I use it sometimes! I think it has a really pretty finish. I do prefer a primer underneath. I use it with the Pro Longwear Concealer, which is probably my least-creasing, longest-lasting concealer. I have dry, mature skin and it's lovely!

I prefer the studio fix foundation as its not as heavy but still has good coverage, also works well with benefit porefessional primer x

If you are on the dry side, this is a very nice foundation. It is a gel, so it has a thicker consistency to it that some find unappealing. It's a medium buildable foundation that is best applied and built up in light layers. I generally do not use anything other than a good moisturizing cream as a primer for this foundation. I'm quite fond of this foundation, and use it quite often.  :)
