In about a week I'm going to get some photos done. I currently don't have a foundation that matches my fair skin so I'm looking for recommendations. My skin is combination with some redness on my cheeks and the occasional breakout. I am looking for a medium coverage foundation that is no more than $40. The Clinique superbalanced caught my eye and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with that? Or any other foundations I should check out? thanks!

The RCMA works great in photos but I'm not sure if when you order it it'll be there before you get your photos done it depends on where you buy it from I suppose.
A pretty good option is the MAC Studio Fix Fluid, W10 being the lightest shade and it works for a good amount of fair toned skin.
I really like their Pro Longwear nourishing waterproof one too although I'm not sure if the lightest shade would be light enough for you.
You could always go in an get some sample of them, they both photograph well.

Illamasqua skin base, it's used by lots of celebrities and makeup artists especially for photoshoots, it's flawless and so pigmented too.

Thanks Aurora! I live in Canada and everything takes forever to ship so I don't think the RCMA would arrive in time. I'll definitely check out the Studio Fix though, I've heard really great things about it! :)
Thanks Lydia, but I don't think I'd be able to get that in time either unfortunately

Aw no problem! If you have a nars counter near you then I would get sheer glow, or if you have a dior counter, Dior star is amazing for photographs.

What about the EL Double Wear? It's more full coverage than medium, but you can always sheer it out and the price is in your budget. It's sure to cover your redness and any blemishes.
