natural curls HELP!

Okay so I have naturally curly hair... But I have to scrunch it and stuff to make the curls stand out.. Does anyone know of any really good scrunching cream or gel that really curls the hair (but doesn't make it crusty??) I'm desperate!

Beyond the zone Noodle Head curling cream .. It's awesome not heavy and smells good and bring out natural curls with out making it crunchy hold the curl in place .. Never. Frizzy ..you can get it at Sally's
