Personally I think inglot gel liner is the best that's just me or Kat Von d tattoo liner.

Kat Von D has an amazing liner! It's a felt tip which is super easy to use (like hailey said). But it's really personal preference. I love the felt tip but I have heard amazing things about the ingot one that Tammy was talking about. You just have to find out what's comfortable. I bought the maybelline gel liner and the NYX felt tip to decide which one I liked better.

Kat Von D has two liquid liner pens - Tattoo liner, which has a brush tip, & Ink liner, which has a felt tip. It's all about personal preference, really. I'm not one for felt tip liners because for me personally, I feel like they go to crap quickly. I've had my Tattoo liner for 3 months now & it still works great - & I use it every day. It really has helped me master my winged liner. Gives you more control than a traditional liquid liner that has a pot & separate wand. But if you're an absolute beginner, use a gel liner like Inglot AMC liner & an angled brush. It gives you more control & can be a bit more forgiving than liquid liner when it comes to nervous, shaky hands.
