MAC Foundation catastrophe?

Maybe some of you followed my post about opinons on MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation in which I mentioned having a sample that I would try.
I did.. And I broke out.. My face hardly ever has pimples so I don't know how to deal with it. It's not full on big pimples. They are tiny bumps (some a bit bigger) all over my face. I don't know what to do. The ones on my forehead are like tiny whiteheads which are impossible to pop (I won't but that how deep in the skin they are but the bump is there)
Do you girls have any idea what I should do for it to go all away or do I have to wait it out?

This happened to me when I tried a mac foundation and I just had to wait it out.
You could exfoliate and use a mask to help but don't overdo it.

This happened to me too! I couldn't really get rid of the pimples, they just naturally disappeared, I would make sure to cleanse your face day and night just to help them remove quicker

For deep painful bumps I swear by Mario Badescu buffering lotion and for smaller ones Mario Badescu drying lotion. Both will have those less irritated and red and smaller overnight.
