Okay guys so my graduation is Saturday , early morning so I'll be outside when the suns super hot.. I don't want a dewy/ cakey look since I'll end up sweating. I also am breaking out really bad right now so I'm on the hunt for a full coverage foundation that won't sweat off and look very oily with the sun. please help :(

I think the most important thing is to use an oil control underneath, mac do a good one or if you would prefer something cheaper, you can pick up an oil free moisturiser at drug stores, apply it before your foundation and leave it for a while. for a full coverage look which isn't dewy, I would suggest a matte foundation

I'd get a sample of Estee Lauder Double Wear and Double Wear Light, color matched at the counter. They are very generous with samples so you should have enough to do a test beforehand.

I'd also tuck a few blotting papers or handkerchief where I could. You could go the route of a using a full coverage concealer and spot concealer, using lighter coverage on the face as a whole.
Even with Estee Lauder, you can use MAC Fix+ to bring dew to the finish.
If you perspire heavily, wear cotton or breathable fabric if you can. Congratulations!

You could try the MUFE face and body foundation it's full coverage that's waterproof or the KVD foundation is full coverage that's water resistant but I don't think they have a Dewey finish - most full coverage don't have that - but you can make your own Dewey look with a good highlighter but if you don't want it to look oily you need a matte finish because Dewey tends to look oily if you already have oily skin.

Well it's Medium but at least it's water resistant and after it dries you can build up the coverage

I quite like the Custom Cover drops from CoverFX mixed with a dime size amount or less of any primer and it'll definitely stay on. It stayed on me even when I was sweating and I'm usually quite oily but it held up amazingly.

Another option is the MAC pro longwear nourishing waterproof foundation which also held up well to me sweating and in a very humid climate
