In actually wear a very similar top today and I'm wearing it with black leggings, black shoes and a black cardigan. Colourful I know haha! You could always wear a coloured cardigan and shoes as well since the top is white.

I'd wear that with a leather jacket and a pair of chunky black boots, I used to have a dress very similar and I wore it with black 1460 Dr Martens :)
