I'm trying to get my hair super soft and silky this summer since it's completely fried from the school year. My natural curls definitely suffered from going through my 450 degree straightener multiple times a week. I cut off my massive ends (and lost quite a few inches) but I still seem to have split-end-like frizz along the top of my head. If you have a holy grail hair mask or even a home made hair mask recipe please share!

I have used this before. Now it is a little pricey but oh so worth it. You will love the results. It's a 10 hair mask. Not sure where you are from but in Ohio you can buy from target, meijers, and actual specialty makeup stores such as ulta and hair selling products stores. Online is always an option as well.

I have also heard that pure unrefined extra Virgin coconut oil can help too! That is about 10 dollars and can be used for lots of things including skin care, hair care, health and cooking. It can be purchased at any grocery store typically.

Mine is very good Pro-Naturals hair repair mask, Ingredients: Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) thickening agent, Argania spinosa kernel oil (Argan Oil), Aqua. I have used pure coconut oil but it proved too heavy for my hair and it took ages to get it rinsed out. One pot lasts quite a while if you have short hair like me.

I second coconut oil. My hair has been damaged from bleaching and coloring my hair, I also cut off a few inches as well, I been using this proclaim mask from sally's once a week instead of my regular conditioner and has giving back life to my curls.
