My hair is starting to grow from my Head and Shoulders Cucumber shampoo and now I want it to grow super long and strong. Any products or anything I can do to make it grow faster?

There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics however there are things you can do to help your hair grow to its fullest potential.
-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-don't brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

I have found that having longer healthy strong hair is quite the investment I used to think just don't get as many trims hit the bottle says that it will make your hair strong and healthy I just believed them that was definitely a mistake on my part I did see her research on the chemicals and different things interacting in the shampoos and conditioners I was using I also didn't know the difference between a deep conditioner and a hair mask but then one day speaking to my beautiful mother about her beautiful hair truly magnificent hair and she told me to do research before I go buy it and try it man was she right I noticed such a difference almost immediately I invested in Nexxus shampoo and conditioner and the it's a 10 line also I didn't forget about the Macadamia hair Masque really good stuff I was always worried about protecting my hair color but as it turns out if you're using good quality it really won't wreck your haircolor also if you're using something to smooth your hair you won't need to use heat on it and that'll help that will help as well the only thing I would truly take away from this if I were you it's the fight against breakage because really that is what's stopping your hair from being as long as you want to be good luck

I recommend using argon oil to keep it healthy and I use tresseme coconut shampoo and conditioner and it works great. Really just let your hair breathe. I also use peppermint oil to stimulate the scalp and olive oil to keep it shiny. If you take care of your body your hair will thank you and will grow faster and healthier. I recommend eat lots of plant based protein and having lighter meats like fish and chicken. These foods can help keeping your hair looking great. Also make sure that you drink a ton of water. Essentially there is no way to grow your hair fast but if you keep your body in check your hair can grow up to two inches every month and a half. Also only get trims every 4-5 months ( unless your hair gets gross and has a lot of split ends) because trimming it dosent help with length.
