Unfortunately there is no fixx for split ends cutting is the only option... a fresh start to use better products no heat or a good heat protector and hydration are a good start

Definitely just get a trim to get rid of the split ends and from there it's about how to take care and prevent split ends.
You definitely want to get a protein treatment and use it every few weeks as well as a good hydrating one. Then make sure to use a heat protectant every time you use heat

Yeah you'll have to just trim it and start taking better care of your hair. Start doing oil hair masks at least once per week. Use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and try not to wash your hair every day. Deep condition at least once per week. Don't brush your hair when its wet. Try not to heat style your hair as much and if you do, use a heat protectant. Make sure to use products that will supply your hair with protein, and moisture.

You just need to get a trim or even just a haircut altogether. Then start taking better care by drinking good amount of water, healthy diet with definitely hair nutrients, no washing everyday, no brushing or combing the hair when wet, no heat styling (or at least limited), and trimming the ends is actually a must if you want to maintain healthy hair. It also does actually help it to grow. That's why now I trim my hair (only a little at the ends) every month and my hair has actually started growing just a little faster I've noticed than when I wouldn't trim. And I alao do it on the night of a full moon. Probably under the superstitious category maybe... but long story short... hair is energy and when cut at a certain time actually helps your hair. Sorry if this is considered a bit too spiritual.

Trim it and use less or no heat or cold air ( takes forever but works) and they do sell split hair Menders that's like make up for your hair and its temporary but helps
And maybe some deep conditioner treatments once a week

You would really need a trim. If you're afraid of losing a lot of length at one time, dust your hair. That means cutting so little ends that it looks like dust on your floor. Dusting could be done every 2 weeks until those ends are gone, or 3 weeks whatever floats your boat.
Whether you dust or trim though, you need to implement protein and moisture. That means, don't skip conditioner, don't skip deep conditioner, and don't skip protein treatments. Even if you can't take full on treatments, implement protein where you can - Like a protein conditioner. Apple Cidar Vinegar rinsing can also work woooonders lol. Helps clean your hair, seal your cuticle, and makes your hair shine. You rinse it out after and the smell goes away, then you continue with regular conditioning routine.
