I've tried so many different things with a straightener to get these effortless looking beach waves but I can't think of how to get them!!

Personally I like to just curl it with the straightener and then brush through it a few times

I use a wand curler, use large peices of hair and wrap it around it at 360 degrees for 15 secs then let it fall out. Its a little on the curly side at first but it'll fall out after a bit and become beachy waves. Once its waved use some sea salt spray to get the right texture.

I personally cannot curl my hair with heat it just doesn't hold the curl after a few hours my hair goes back to being straight - so I use foam rollers in my dry hair over night and if I wrap then loosely and only up to my jaw line then it looks great in the morning.
