Depending on whether the dress has metallic hardware, a gold, silver, or bronze smoky eye would look gorgeous! If not, you could go with a charcoal smoky eye. And you could pair the bold eye with dewy skin, rosy peach blush, and a nude-pink lip :)

For hair, I would leave it down either straight or loose curls.
For makeup, I would do something like the pictures I attached! I would keep the makeup light and fresh!
