Are you exfoliating?

Most foundations these days are formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients so I wouldn't worry too much. However, you do need to have a suitable skincare routine so foundation will sit nicely on the skin. If you've tried everything, I'd talk to a dermatologist to see how they can help. Mine cleared up my skin. :)

My skin is going through some texture right now as well as the previous exfoliant I was using had truly minimal results. I asked the ladies here on beautylish what I should use that will result in a smoother skin, and Deborah and kitty swore by Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant. I think they have been using for a few years. I recently just started using it three days ago, and the clogged bumps along my chin and mouth have dried and decreased MAJORLY. This is using it in three days as opposed to using my previous one for a year! Lol! I'm excited to see how well this might work for me in the long run but I'm pretty impressed by it so far. For my toner I use unscented thayers witch hazel toner and just apply after washing and before exfoliant.
