What's the best way to whiten teeth that won't damage your teeth? Strips, paste, charcoal powder? I've used baking soda but had to stop because it was damaging my teeth so much so now I need something new because me teeth are super yellow.

You could try coconut oil and that pulls out oils naturally.

Believe it or not my dentist suggested 5 minute plus white I think it's called. You can get it at drugstores, it's under $10, and it works great and fast! One 15 minute use fast. It doesn't cause any sensitivity for me and crest whitestips hurt my teeth like crazy.

IWhite didn't work for me, big waste of moneys. Crest worked, after 6 months my teeth are still white... and still crazy sensitive...
