Easy ones I've pulled together in the past -
Pippy Longstocking (blue pinafore, red tshirt or stripy tshirt, mismatched or red stripy knee high socks, black shoes, plait your hair)
Alice in Wonderland (white blouse, blue dress, white tights and black shoes)
Where's Wally (red stripy top, blue jeans, red and white bobble hat, black glasses and a cane/stick. Could include a big rucksack with pots and pans hanging off it!)
Matilda (white tshirt, blue patterned dress, blue or white hairband or bow)
Dorothy - Wizard of Oz (blue check/gingham dress, white shirt, plaits with blue ribbon on the ends, white socks and red shoes, could also carry a basket with a toy dog in)
The Very Hungry Caterpillar (green tshirt and green jeans, red beanie hat, black flat shoes. Could also attach googly eyes and black stalks to the beanie and fluff/fur to texture shirt)
Paddington Bear (blue coat, red hat, Wellington boots, could carry a newspaper and a brown briefcase or satchel or carry a plastic jar labelled marmalade with brown paper inside, attach a label to your jacket or bag saying 'Please look after this bear, thank you')
Hermoine - Harry Potter (school uniform, grey trousers, white shirt and a tie. Black bin liner tied around neck to represent Cape, draw and stick/pin on Hogwarts logo to cape and roll up a bit of brown paper to make a wand)
Dennis the Menace (black and red stripy jumper or tshirt, black long shorts, red long socks and black boots)
Mr Bump (blue stripy top and blue jeans, wrap bandages around your head and arms)
Thing 1/2 (red tshirt with large white circle with Thing 1 in black pen - can be done with paper and stuck on. Red trousers/jeans and red shoes)
