Hi! I'm very good at applying makeuo and all of that, but sometimes I'm not sure what colors match best for me. I have dark red hair that is fading back to brown, a tan face.

Eyeshadow: Lorac Pro Palette, it's warm toned and the shadows are so pigmented and blendable. The shades Garnet, Deep Purple, and Slate from the palette will make brown eyes really pop.

Lips: Personally I like matte lips so I love the Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstickd and Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. There's a large color selection with different undertones so you can see what shades will work for you.

Brows: IT Cosmetics Brow Power, it comes in a shade called Universal Taupe so it'll work for all skin tones. It's very easy to use and long wearing.

Contour: Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette, very pigmented and blendable. A little goes a long way and the pans are a nice size so they'll last a long time.

If you plan on recoloring your hair red I would get a nice emerald green eyeshadow to compliment the red hair.
Although the green would look good with the brown hair too.
I think jewel toned eyeshadows would look really good with tan skin and brown eyes.
Emerald green, amethyst, sapphire blue etc
All those shades would look good with brown eyes since brown is neutral.
Also a gold shadow would look good like MACs "Amber lights"

As far as lips that's all about preference. If you prefer neutrals or bold shades.
As far as nudes/natural/subtle shades I quite like Kinda Sexy, Peachstock, Faux, Angel from MAC

As far as bold shades I quite like Ruby Woo, Impassioned, Pink Nouveau, Morange and Heroine
I find that most colors with a blue undertone really bring out the warmth in the skin and it looks good.

As for brows I really love the NYX Brow Gel I think the "brunette" color would be a good match
