SO, I want a one step, put it on and you're good foundation. I've been looking at tarte Amazonian clay foundation but I'm so into dewy skin that I'm not sure I can make the transition to matte...what foundations do you find are easy to apply and have full enough coverage that it's a one stop shop, apply and go kinda deal?

I would recommend urban decay naked foundation. I feel like it has a fairly dewy finish. Not sure what skin type you have, I know it doesn't work for some but I have combo and it works for me. It's not full coverage though. But looking at your pictures it doesn't look like you would need really full coverage you have pretty skin.

It's builds to medium I would say. And I put it on really quick with a beauty blender. Don't use concealer or powder or anything with it.

The It Cosmetics CC cream, is a foundation with an anti-aging serum, light moisterizer, spf 50 and medium coverage foundation all in one. The con is they only have about 5 shades..

Hate when things have limited shades. The Lumene BB cream I use only has two but I love it so much

I like the ItCosmetics CC Cream as well. I also love the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. I think for a foundation that has a more luminous finish and you can just put it on and go, (depending on your skin type) the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Fluid foundation is great. It's about medium coverage and it looks like skin. I love it. I'm into full coverage so I usually mix it with the CoverFX drops, but if you don't have problem skin that needs a lot of coverage, it would be great to just apply and go.

I love the Maybelline Fit Me! Matte and Poreless foundation. It's not extremely matte, which may help you transition from an extremely dewy finish. If I want to look dewy, I usually use a liquid highlighter under my foundation

Haven't tried it but I've heard great things about the nars velvet matte skin tint

Go with cream foundation.
They have fuller coverage and can give a slight dewy look and you can just buff it in and go depending on your skin type but I usually just put a small amount of powder in my t-zone and I'm good.

I agree with the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream, it's medium to full coverage, dewy, and long wearing even through sweat and humidity (:

Definitely agree with IT cosmetics CC cream! It is actually a full coverage cream, with all the amazing benefits mentioned above. As well as it definitely helped clear up my skin a lot! Def a holy grail for me.

The Amazonian Clay Foundation by Tarte is very matte. Not necessarily in a bad way, but if you prefer dewy or satin finishes, I doubt you would be happy with it. Without knowing more details about your skin type, etc., I agree with the other recommendations for IT's CC cream. It's my every day, no fuss product of choice because it cuts down so many steps. I love it for pretty much all the reasons everyone else has shared.
