Hi! I'm pretty good with my makeup, but I'd like to try contouring. I don't know how to match my skin to palettes seeing that the majority aren't catering to WoC. I'm 18 and have a lot to learn, but I'd like some advice. Also, if I get a powder contour, would I still use finishing powder?
