For years I've been trying out different products- moisturizers, primers, and shadows...matte, shimmer, glitter, and a variety of consistencies...But regardless of what I use, I can't put shadow in the tear duct area because it looks clumpy and dry. Why is this? I love the look of subtle highlighting under the brow bone and in the tear duct area but I can't seem to get my shadows to look anything but cakey or dry in that region.
Any tips?
