I havent tried it myself but I've watched so many reviews on it as I am also considering purchasing it! :)
All the reviews seem to overlap on the drier consistency it has and how this helps hold a curl better than most mascaras. Emily Fox mentions this in her review.
Also, Tati loves it for the dramatic look it gives from one coat. The bristles are spaced out and short, so it distributes a generous amout of product but it separates decently according to Tati. :)

I love it! At first it's sorta wet but I kept using it and I love how it makes my lashes long.
