With every powder and way of applying, I always have the powder either oxidize to turn orange, or make my under eyes insanely dry and accent my fine lines. How can I fix this?

I used to have that happened to me too because the weather is really dry where I'm from, but I now double moisturize under the eye to make sure that that part is completely moisturize.
