What Makeup Look Would You Recommend?

I have a small event I will be attending this Sunday, and I need a little help figuring out what to do for makeup. I am wearing this blouse with a black pencil skirt and black Oxford heels. I will be curling my hair, and wearing gold dangling chain earrings and small silver studs in my second piercings (because I can't change them yet). What makeup would you recommend? I FINALLY picked up some more eyeshadow, I bought ulta rose gold palette (will attach a picture) and it came with a bag of other ulta products including another small eyeshadow palatte (will attach picture as well.) I also have a ton of lipstick colors, almost any color you can imagine besides orange and purple..

I am just clueless as to what I should do.. I really appreciate any suggestions!!

I would go for a very light and natural eye look and then play around with a bold lipcolor. I personally think this red colour is very beautiful.

And if you don't feel comfortable with a very bold lip of you just don't think it will look good with the outfit or hair or what not, I also think winged eyeliner and a pinkish nude lip would look amazing :)

I would wear the Napolean Romantic on you lids, the Dessert on your creases and the color that is in the first column, second row (all of these are in the ultra rose gold palette) on your brow bones. I would also do a winged eyeliner and then a bold lip like Isabel suggested but maybe not red. Maybe a dark pink to kind of go with the eyes.
