Baby skin primer question!

Hey, so I just bought the baby skin primer just to test it out. And there are these small white dot-things in the mixture that make it feel like a face scrub when putting it on. Are they supposed to be there or is my product outdatted (it was on the sale basket)?

Mine does not have any dots in it. I don't think its supposed to!

I would return it if possible. I tried this product a while ago and it didn't have white dots.
