Hi everyone,
This is a question for the girls that are living in the United Kingdom or the ones that have ever been in the United Kingdom.
Tomorrow I will leave the Netherlands and I will live for 4 months in the United Kingdom. Do you know any brands that are only sold in the United Kingdom? Or brands that you can buy in the United Kingdom but not in the Netherlands?
Thanks

The UK is a very big place hun, can you be more specific on where you're going? I'm in the south east of England, near London.

I don't really know what makeup you have in the Netherlands, so it's hard to recommend something specific, but in general I'd recommend you just check out the beauty departments of the following stores, they have a great selection :
for high - end I mainly go to debenhams and house of fraser, they have brands like urban decay, too faced, mac, nars. If you are near London, space:nk do brands like kevyn aucoin or becca, which I haven't found anywhere else in the UK. Other stores that have a big selection are John lewis, selfridges or harrods in london.
For drugstore, you can either go to superdrug or boots. I prefer superdrug, they are a bit cheaper and have a bigger selection of low end brands imo, like rimmel London, makeup revolution, bourjois. boots have their own brand called no7 which I think is quite popular in the UK and I'd assume that might be a UK only brand.
I'm from germany but spend a lot of time in the UK and from experience I can say that if you just have a look at some stores you'll really quickly get the hang of what you can get in the UK but not in your country. also enjoy your stay abroad, the UK is lovely. :)

I am going to the South, Devon. So the big places where I will be coming are Exeter, Plymouth and Torquay.

Devon is lovely! Brands that are available in the UK are BarryM (which I'd hugely recommend for lipliners, lipsticks and eyeshadows), No7 (which is available at Boots) they have a lovely illuminator, Makeup Revolution which does fantastic palettes. Freedom Cosmetics is really good, I love their Pro Melts which are matte liquid lipsticks. Definitely check out Superdrug and Boots, they're our main 'drugstores'. If you want high end check out Debenhams, House of Fraser, Harrods, Libertys, Fenwicks, John Lewis, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
