I really need your help on this one!
I had a rough night and my eyes are really swollen (specially along my lash line, my lids are really puffy) and I have red dots up to my browbone (it's strange, but it does that when I cry).
I normally would just let it be and wait, but tonight I'm going to an event and a Lancome Makeup Artist is going to do my makeup so I really don't want to show up with super puffy eyes!
I'll have around 2h after work before going, so do you have any idea about what I could do to help reduce de swelling? I know I probably won't be able to do anything about the red dots...
I really need this makeup treat, thanks for helping me to make the most out of it! :)

You can use a cold spoon, just place it on the swollen areas
you can use ice cubes wrapped in a towel

Totally agree with Sam, put a spoon in the freezer and wait till it is very very cold (actually you should put 4 spoons so you have more) and hour will be enough. Then take out two spoons and press the over your eyes, it may "hurt" a little and probably you'll do it only for few seconds in the first attempts. Try to do it as long as possible and when those spoons are no more chilled, take theother two out of the freezer and keep doing it, it works wonders. Though I think it is more useful if you do it as soon as possible (not sure) I always do it when I wake up, and it worked for a complete night of crying

Puting ice cold metal on my eyelid seems so scary to me! I would be afraid to freeze burn myself! I'll probably try it on the back of my hand first!
Thanks Yaya :) and I'll definetly try the potato rounds!!

Slice cold cucumbers, place them over your eyes and try to relax for about 15 to 20 min if you are able too. Plus you can eat the rest for a snack if you want.
