I have HUGE pores on my face and I've been using Maybellene Baby Skin primer to fill in the pores and it just isn't cutting it. after about an hour of having makeup on I can see the pores :( HELP!

Instead of filling them in you should target your skin care to help this problem. How is your skincare routine? Kitty recently recommended me trying an aha treatment to target fine lines and after using that I see a huge change in my pores.

Skincare definitely helps but I also would like to recommend the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores powder (I use the loose one but I've heard amazing things about the pressed). It doesn't even look like I have pores at all, however if you're dry I would suggest using a hydrating primer underneath as it can cling to dry patches.

I use Seacret black face soap/St. Ives face scrub in the morning (I alternate because the black face soap dries my face) and then at night I use my cetaphil and clarisonic.

Well first, I think your skincare routine is WAY to harsh for your skin. You shouldn't be using a scrub to wash your face and then also be using a clarisonic everyday.
Since I don't know your skin type I'll just list two routines and products for both oily and dry skin because I've struggled with both extremes.
For oily skin:
Cetaphil (gentile or regular), clarisonic at night
Lush Breathe of fresh air toner
Cetaphil lotion
And only use a scrub once a week if needed, and use a face mask as recommend. I also used black soap and I was told that you should only use it about 3x a week because it is so drying.
Grease Lightning for spot treatment
For dry skin:
Cerave Hydrating cleansing bar
Breathe of Fresh air or Eau Roma Water from Lush
Skin Inc. Licorice Serum
Cerave moisturizing cream
Use a scrub once a week if needed and only use the clarisonic as needed because it can overwork the skin and cause dryness. Don't use both though because the clarisonic also exfoliates.
Use a hydrating mask as recommended, aim for about 2x a week
For Pores: (Disclaimer! I've only personally tried the products with a * other wise I've just heard good things)
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Powder
Dr. Brandt Skincare, Pores no more primer/ line
Benefit Porefessionals*
Smashbox Pore Minimizing primer
Origins Charcoal Mask*
Caudalie Beauty Elixir*
Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx Peeling Gel*
