I used apple cider vinegar as a toner on my face and it made my skin and acne worse , what should I use now? And yes I diluted acv in water but I think mu skin is too sensitive , someone suggested me to go for a lemon facial but my cystic acne would hurt :( I don't know ,any tips would be helpful thanks.

Do not use apple cider vinegar or lemon on your face! I suggest going to your dermatologist and see what they can do about your acne

For cystic acne I use tea tree oil - that usually helps reduce redness and swelling - instead of ACV try witch hazel instead - an alcohol free version is best for sensitive skin - also try to exfoliate with an AHA once a week to slough off the dry dead skin cells then moisturize with jojoba oil - it's good for acne prone skin because it doesn't clog pores and acts most like our skins natural oils.

And yeah seeing a derm would definitely be your best bet above anything else.

Use a good face moisturizer!! My dermatologist recommended me cetaphil & it works for me, my skin isn't dry anymore. Also use moisturizing face masks they help so much!

I use coconut oil, it works really good.

Coconut oil is not a toner substitute. If anything, it will clog your pores. See a dermatologist so they can assess your condition. Ask your derm about Retin-A. It's a prescription medicine that totally saved my skin.

Retin-A will dry your skin out pretty good the first week. But you have to keep sticking with it. Try CeraVe moisturizer. It's non-scented and noncomedogenic (won't clog your pores). But it hydrated my skin really well! Best of luck :)

I recommend seeing a dermatologist. They put me on Accutane and my skin has never been better.
