Is apple cider vinegar worth it? And does it leave your hair smelling like vinegar?? How do you properly rinse it out?

I haven't used it in my hair but have used it on my skin and I smelt like a fish and chip shop for days.

The smell goes away once your hair dries. I do it to get rid of build up on the follicles after dying my hair, but I don't notice any difference with the condition of my hair. The wash right after its softer but it doesn't last. To rinse you just have to rinse for a couple minutes and it rinses out like conditioner or shampoo does.

Rhian, I can say that it works. I usually shampoo then vinegar then mask. No smell on the hair!
