To give you a very good idea of what my hair looks like: in the picture I posted the left one is my current hair under sunlight; second picture is my current hair indoor.

I wanna tone my hair but I don't want my highlights to get dark..

Is there a toner you recommend to remove the brass in my roots? Or whatever you think I should do?

I've heard wela has some good ones but not sure which one would be good for me.

Thank you in advance!

A trick I learned to maintain brassiness is to use a purple shampoo/conditioner. The one my hair dresser used to recommend me when I had light hair was kms color in the purple bottles

If you're trying to tone your roots then I would get the Wella charm toner in T10 or T14.
I think that the T18 would be too light and if it's too light it won't be able to tone your hair because toners are tints.
Your hair would have to be a pale yellow in order for the T18 to work, their website even suggests it for pale yellow hair.

The T10 is darker but it does have more blue tones rather than ash like the T14 and T18 so it would work better at getting rid of the orange tones. You would probably only need to leave it on for a few minutes so that it doesn't turn too silvery
