Looxi Beauty Haul w/Swatches + what are your favorite indie brands?

Hey guys!

So I recently fell off the no buy wagon and thought I’d share with everyone. I had never heard of Looxi Beauty until a couple weeks ago and on a whim I placed a small order. When it arrived today I was completely blown away by the quality of these shadows and highlighters that I’ve already placed a second order. 🙈The shadows are $5 a pan (1.3g) and the highlighters are $7.50 a pan (6.5g) or you can get them in bigger compacts for $15 (9g). The shadows are extremely pigmented and soft. A little goes a very long way and the same goes for the highlighters.

Shadows I got:
Nirvana - Duochrome Shade, dupe for Mac’s blue brown pigment/MUG Insomnia
Copper Popper - Light peachy copper
Queen of Mean - Duochrome Shade, Green with a blue/gold shift
Total Betty - Cranberry red/pink
Ugh As If - Very light champagne/gold
I Totally Paused - Matte brown

Highlighters I got:
Goddess - Peachy Pink
Celestial - White with a little bit of silver and gold
Bombshell - Dupe for Becca’s ‘Champagne Pop’ Shimmering Skin Perfector
Wicked - Duochrome shade, Ice blue with a violet shift.
Voodoo - This one is really hard to describe. It looks like a light green in the pan but it comes off as a white with a very light green shift when swatched.

I’ve been so bored with all the new releases lately (if I see another warm brown eyeshadow I might lose my mind. 😝) so it was pretty refreshing to get these in the mail. The only downside is the company is so small that they make everything to order so turn around time can be up to 10 days. However, they got mine out in 3 so I’m assuming the 10 days are probably when they are having sales or something. Do you guys have any favorite indie brands that I should check out?

These are beautiful! I think I've checked out their site before, but never ordered anything. It's good to know they're good quality products! I'm especially dying over the highlighters. The icy blue one is killing me 😍❄️

Those highlighters are interesting! Very intrigued to purchase some myself! Very pretty!
