Let's say I have reach VIB status, if I use all my points to redeem a reward will I lose my VIB status?

Nope. The tier you're at (beauty insider, VIB, Rouge) is based off how much money you spend in a calendar year. The purpose of points is to redeem them. Yes, they are earned based on each dollar you spend, but using them won't demote you. Don't be afraid to use them :)
