Needing an exfoliator that will still hydrate my skin, preferably inexpensive.
I have dry skin that's prone to my pores clogging (lots of blackheads that never seen to want to go away).

I suggest the Boscia Exfoliating Peel Gel, it's super gentle but very effective. I would also suggest following up with a serum or oil, I suggest The Body Shop Vitamin E Serum-In-Oil, then your moisturizer.

Gentle was the word I was looking for and not hydrating!
Thank you for the suggestions!

I second the Boscia gel! it's relatively gentle (unless you have suuuuper sensitive skin) and it works great! also exfoliating helps any moisturizer sink into the skin.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've tried the St Ives exfoliators and they tear my skin up! I have the Boscia on the way to give a go, fingers crossed!
