The amount of bleach used depends if your hair is dark or light, the darker it is the more bleach is required to get that hair colour and maintenance is probably a bit of work

You'd have to bleach your hair to basically white to achieve that color. A competent hair dresser would be able to bleach it that much with as little damage as possible so definitely do your research. I would bring this picture with you and explain that you want a baby blue hair color. I highly suggest Bumble And Bumble Color Minded Shampoo and Overtone Daily Conditioner. The Overtone conditioners come in a ton of different shades but you'd probably want the Pastel Blue shade (I believe that's what it's called, once you look on their website you'll see what I mean)

Just please make sure that you go to a salon that uses olaplex with their bleaching. You will have zero damage that way! Goodluck!! :)
