Does anyone know a color similar to this or know how to achieve this look?

It is acrylic. So you need a pink acrylic powder and white acrylic powder. It go to a acrylic nail salon and show them that picture.

^I agree with Katie. However, you could try to replicate this on natural nails with a similarly colored polish and a matte top coat.

It honestly just looks like a matte topcoat over natural acrylic nails.
